Duane Boucher Named 2016 President of State-Wide Multiple Listing ServiceWarwick, RI, October 28, 2015…Duane Boucher of Boucher Real Estate in Woonsocket will lead State-Wide Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as President in 2016. The real estate information exchange service also elected 2016 Vice President, Mindy Lane of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gammons Realty in East Greenwich and 2016 Treasurer, Richard Carrubba of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Newport, RI. A resident of Cumberland, RI, Boucher has served on numerous local and statewide Realtor boards and was twice the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors Top Producing Realtor. He is a licensed broker in RI and MA and has earned six professional designations: Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI); Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR); Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES); Seller Representative Specialist (SRS); Certified Buyer Representative (CBR); and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
