RI Association of REALTORS® Announce 2015 OfficersBruce Lane Named 2015 RIAR President Warwick, RI, October 28, 2014 …Bruce D. Lane of Williams and Stuart Real Estate in Cranston has been elected the 2015 President of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors (RIAR). He assumes his duties of the 4000-member professional group when he returns from the Annual Convention of the National Association of Realtors in November. Lane was the President of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and the Realtor of the Year for both the local board and the statewide Rhode Island Association of Realtors in 2011. He has served on the RIAR Board of Directors since 2010, as well as the State-Wide Multiple Listing Service board. An active participant on numerous Realtor committees at the local, state and national levels, Lane was a recipient of a Lear Award, the highest honor a Realtor board can bestow upon a member for their service to the Realtor association. He is a resident of North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Other 2015 RIAR officers are President-Elect, Arthur Yatsko of the Salisbury Agency in Warwick; Vice President, Brenda Marchwicki of BisMarc Properties in Providence; Treasurer, Danielle Thompson of RE/MAX River’s Edge in Bristol; Secretary, Joseph Luca of RE/MAX Preferred in North Providence; and Immediate Past President, Robert Martin of Century 21 Crossroads in Woonsocket. Newly appointed voting Directors of the RIAR board include Patricia Lenihan of Coldwell Banker Res. Brokerage of East Greenwich and Newport; Greg Dantas of RI Real Estate Services in East Greenwich; Leann D’Ettore of Next Home Real Estate in Cranston; Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal in Providence; Belinda Nattress of Keller Williams Realty Newport; and Paul Ryan Antrop of Residential Properties, Ltd. in Cumberland. |
